The following programs are accessible via the IraInit system from any workstation or IRA compute node or via Pleiadi@IRA cluster
The programs are compiled for operating system Debian Linux 11 on architecture amd64. In case your computer is equipped with a different linux distribution, you can use the debian container containing all the necessary dependencies:
irainit load debian
On enabled machines it is possible to use the command
setup-help
to get an updated and detailed list of available software.
Different versions are available for each program. It is possible to indicate the version to load by specifying it after the setup command, for example:
irainit load wsclean 2.10.1
If no version is specified, the system loads the default version, usually the latest installed. If you want consistent program behavior over time, it is recommended that you specify a version.
